My stay was primarily influenced by the rainy weather, which drove me away from camping, and I was pleased to find essential amenities that met my needs. The room, while basic, had a comfy bed and a warm duvet, perfect for a solid night's sleep after a long day. Though it was a bit chilly, the heating helped create a cozy environment. I particularly appreciated the shared kitchen setup-it's a practical feature that allows guests to prepare their own meals, making it easier to save on dining expenses. Plus, the electric kettle and cookware provided offered some nice homey touches. Free Wi-Fi and parking added to the hotel's value, making it a sensible choice for budget-conscious travelers. While Stora Ekeberg may not offer the opulence one might find elsewhere, it combines value and convenience for those who prioritize savings over luxury.
